Codex

The Codex CLI, its IDE extension and the Codex app share their configuration, so you set AdsGPT up once.

Plugin (recommended)

1. Add the Wortise marketplace:

   codex plugin marketplace add wortise/agent-plugins

2. Install the plugin:

   codex plugin add adsgpt@wortise

   Or open /plugins in Codex, or the Plugins tab of the app, and install AdsGPT from wortise.

3. Sign in:

   codex mcp login adsgpt

4. Start a new session.

MCP server only

1. Add the server:

   codex mcp add adsgpt --url https://mcp.adsgpt.dev

   Or in ~/.codex/config.toml:

   ~/.codex/config.toml

   [mcp_servers.adsgpt]
   url = "https://mcp.adsgpt.dev"

2. Sign in:

   codex mcp login adsgpt

Tip

On a machine without a browser, run codex mcp login adsgpt --no-browser and open the link it prints on another device.
