Create a campaign

In AdsGPT, a new campaign starts as a plan: one campaign for one or more platforms, which you review and approve once. Start with a sentence:

Create a search campaign for https://example.com with a budget of 300 for the next 30 days.
  1. Objective and campaign type. It infers the objective from what you want, such as traffic, leads or sales, and confirms it with the campaign type for each platform.

  2. Accounts. It uses the platforms you mention, or the ones you connected. If a platform has several accounts, it asks which one.

  3. Landing page. It reads your landing page and the pages it links to, and uses only what they say: what you offer, to whom, and the facts the ads can claim. It keeps any UTM parameters you give.

  4. Audience. Locations, languages, age, gender and interests, in your words. With nothing in mind, it proposes a broad audience.

  5. Budget and dates. How much you want to invest and for how long, in your account’s currency. A total caps the spend for the dates; a daily amount without an end date is an ongoing campaign.

  6. Ads. It asks whether you have an idea in mind, and writes the ads within the limits of each format. Images and videos come from your account, from your site, or from links you give.

  7. The plan. It saves the plan with save_blueprint and its ads with save_creatives. AdsGPT checks it with each platform and lists any issue, which the agent fixes.

  8. Approval. It calls launch_blueprint with a summary of the plan: platforms, budget, dates, audience, ads, and whether the campaigns start paused. You approve or reject the whole plan there, once.

  9. Launch. It tells you the campaign each platform created, with its ID and status, and what failed, if anything.

  • Campaigns launch paused, unless you ask to start them. Enable them when you’re ready, also from your agent: Enable the campaign we just created.
  • To change a plan before launching, ask: Raise the budget to 500. The agent saves the plan again. A launched plan doesn’t change: a new plan is a new campaign.
  • Your agent never creates a campaign with a platform’s generic change tool: only a plan launches campaigns.
